Chicano Youth Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping youth with the essential tools for success. Inspired by the impactful work of Lucy Salazar, founder of Latina Moms of Las Vegas—a supportive network for mothers—our organization strives to empower young individuals through education, awareness, and community engagement.

Inspiration

 

Founded on the principles of community and support, Chicano Youth Foundation draws inspiration from Latina Moms of Las Vegas, where mothers share their stories of triumph and challenges. This supportive network has raised awareness about the obstacles parents face daily, and through community efforts, we have successfully fundraised to aid struggling families and organized events like "Stop the Bullying" to highlight and combat the impacts of bullying on our community.

We are committed to celebrating and preserving our rich cultural heritage. Chicano Youth Foundation actively participates in cultural events such as Dia de Los Muertos to honor our traditions and bring our community together.
